MCC: Measurement Computing Corporation

MCC, Measurement Computing Corporation (formerly ComputerBoards, Inc) has two missions: First — to offer the best-value, highest quality, computer-based data acquisition, control, and GPIB hardware and software available. Our second, and equally important mission — to offer our customers superior post-sale support. From providing the finest telephone technical and sales support on our latest product offerings, through continuing first-rate support to users of older products and operating systems, we’re committed to you!

MCC’s commitment to its industry is to always develop new and better products as new operating systems and software requirements evolve. MCC keeps this promise while continuing to support all its hardware and software products. As part of this pledge, we won’t try to obsolete our products so we can sell new ones – unlike some of our competitors.

Over the years, MCC has been able to keep up with all different types of interfaces and offer superior products in multiple bus formats. For example, in May 1993 ComputerBoards became the first in the industry to announce—and in March 1994 the first to ship—data acquisition and control cards based on the new PCMCIA Type II format. We now offer a dozen different PCMCIA cards for data acquisition and communications.

Today, MCC offers the industry’s widest assortment of data acquisition, control, and GPIB interfaces for personal and small industrial computers. Our data acquisition boards include, but are not limited to, PCI, cPCI, PCMCIA, USB, and yes, even ISA bus.

MCC recognizes and responds to industry needs with the consistent addition of important software products, data loggers, USB based I/O, and a Satellite expansion Chassis, as they relate to data acquisition systems. We have managed to grow our product offering above and beyond computer boards. A name change was required to reflect this growth. ComputerBoards, Inc., officially changed its name to Measurement Computing Corporation in October 2000.

As a market leader, we no longer offer only clone products. The performance of many of our products is unmatched in the industry! However, we’ve never forgotten our roots, and though we’re much more than a clone manufacturer, our prices are still always 30% to 75% less than the competition’s!

MCC owes it rapidly growing success to its customers and it's more than 60 focused and dedicated professionals. We’re incredibly excited about our future and wish to thank all of our customers for their continued support.
